1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application ("App") developed by Next Star AI, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to My Life Habit, My Life Prayer, and Job Hunter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Apps.

2. Description of Service

We provide mobile applications that help users track habits, manage prayer journals, organize job searches, and related productivity features. Some features require a paid subscription to access.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Our Apps may offer auto-renewing subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Apps
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Create accounts using automated means or under false pretenses
• Use AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access

6. AI-Generated Content

Some of our Apps include AI-powered features that generate content such as cover letters, resume suggestions, and interview preparation materials. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and edited by you before use. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for any content you submit to employers or other parties.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Apps, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Next Star AI, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create within our Apps (your habits, prayers, job entries, resumes, etc.).

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through your Apple ID Account Settings, as we cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

9. Disclaimers

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. For Job Hunter specifically, we do not guarantee job placement, interview success, or employment outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Star AI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
